A Spirited Art Soirée

A Spirited Art Soirée, a fundraiser in support of the St.Amant Research Centre and presented by InfoMagnetics Technologies Corporation (IMT) was held on Thursday, March 8, 2012 to celebrate the art created by children and adults with developmental disabilities and autism at St.Amant. Proudly displayed in the Plug-In Institute, their works shared their stories and journey. Over $15,000 was raised from the event designated to support the world-class research being done at St.Amant Research Centre.
Why research? Every individual has potential, a spirit that wants to achieve. Children and adults diagnosed with autism or developmental disabilities face serious challenges in all areas of their lives, from education, to developing basic socialization skills, to general health and even daily living. The St.Amant Research Centre is committed to creating a world where all people are able to develop to their fullest potential. The St.Amant Research Centre is truly unique and engaged in research not happening anywhere else in Canada.
If you have any questions or would like to learn more about the St.Amant Research Centre, please call the St.Amant Foundation at 4-SPIRIT (477-4748) or email at foundation@stamant.mb.ca.
